Shipping Information
We ship worldwide to most countries.
Standard Shipping
- For orders greater than $100 USD, standard shipping is free worldwide.
- For orders less than $100 USD, standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 USD and is delivered via USPS in the United States (your local carrier will be used outside of the USA).
- Custom Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
Express Shipping
- Not available for the following products: Linen Tote Bags, Pillow Covers, Rugs, Socks. Face Masks and Luggage Covers.
- Available in the USA, Canada, Australia and most of Europe. Not available for all countries.
- Does not qualify for use with any Free Shipping Coupon Codes.
- If you are ordering items that are not available for express shipping but also products that do qualify, please contact us and we can upgrade the qualifying products to express shipping.
- Express Service is not available for Deliver to Post Office locations. (i.e. PO Boxes)

Delivery Times
On average it takes us 5 to 7 business days to print and hand stitch your order before we ship it out. There may be some delay during holidays. Then you can expect the following ship times:
Standard Ship Times:
- USA: 2-4 weeks
- CA/NZ/AUS: 3-5 weeks
- Rest of World: 4-6 weeks
Express Ship Times:
- USA: 4-7 Business Days
- CA/NZ/AUS: 4-7 Business Days
- Rest of World: 4-7 Business Days
