Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Luvlavie. If the product itself or the printing is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days; and
The product isn't used; and

Either a) the product itself or the printing is defective, or b) the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To return a product to Luvlavie email support@luvlavie.com

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.

Footwear Sizing Issues

In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with the fit of their footwear, we will process an exchange for you.

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.

Non Footwear Sizing Issues

Please use the sizing chart information provided on our product page to pick the correct size and fit for your purchase. Luvlavie is not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues and buyers assume all risk when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.

After you have sent an email to support@luvlavie.com you will receive instructions for returning your item(s).
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.

Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Exchanging Items: Luvlavie does not exchange items as all garments are custom printed on-demand for each customer. We accept returns if the above criteria are met.

If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries). Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates shown on the website.

Luvlavie sends all packages with tracking information and therefore are not responsible for stolen items once delivery is confirmed from carrier.
