How do I check the status of my order?

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our factory where we will print and ship your item(s) within 5-7 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below:

Standard Shipping Times:

• USA: 10-20 Days
• CA/UK/AUS: 14-21 Days
• Rest of World: 30-45 Days

Express Shippint Times:

• USA: 4-7 Business Days
• CA/UK/AUS: 4-7 Business Days
• Rest of World: 4-7 Business Days

If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

How do I get my Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are automatically sent when you order ships, usually within 5-7 days after you placed your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email, please double check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't find it, you might have provided a wrong email address when you placed your order.
