We were informed just recently that due to the Corona Virus containment efforts in China, the government has shut down all businesses until February 9th. Our factories located in China will resume production as normal and we expect to catch-up on delayed orders within 10 days of the factories being re-opened on February 9th, 2020.
There will be a 10-15 day delay on goods production due to this temporary, mandatory factory shutdown. This will affect orders made after January 17th. We do apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything in our power to complete and ship all orders as soon as possible.
We do realize that your order may have been meant as a gift or for a special occasion. The Luvlavie team is saddened by this situation and for everyone affected.
